A place to find
clarity, strength,
and yourself.
For over three decades, Iβve helped teens, adults and families reconnect with what matters most β building lives guided by their values, not defined by their struggles.
ABOUT BETH
Grounded in science.
Rooted in compassion.
Iβm Beth Kelly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in private practice. My office is in Ardsley, NY, in the heart of Westchester and I work with teens, tweens, adults and parents who are ready to do meaningful, lasting work.
I believe every person is more than their struggles. My work is to help you reconnect with your values, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you actually want β with warmth, clinical rigor, and genuine care for who you are as a whole person.
I competed as a Division I basketball player at Fordham University β an experience that gave me a deep, personal understanding of identity, pressure, resilience, and the relationship between mind and body. I've hung up my basketball shoes, but you can still find me pushing my limits at the gym. That same drive shapes how I show up for my clients every day.
Beth lives in Westchester with her family and rambunctious dog, Scarlett.

Treatment Approaches
π
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Beth was intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in the early 90s, by its founder, Marsha Linehan. DBT principles are thoughtfully integrated in to all my work with clients.
DBT builds skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Transformative for those who feel emotions intensely.
Evidence-based methods. Delivered with heart.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
At the heart of ACT is a simple but powerful question: What matters most to you? This approach helps you get unstuck from difficult thoughts and feelings β not by fighting them, but by making room for them while taking steps toward what you truly value.
π¬
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Have you ever noticed a thought spiraling into anxiety, or a belief holding you back from something you want? CBT helps you slow that process down β gently examining the connections between how you think, how you feel, and what you do. Small shifts in perspective can open surprising new possibilities.
